2 Explore Ok'hanu
・ Talk to the Dispirited Hanu (Coordinates / X:17.1　Y:11.9)
・ Check out the Vantage Point (Coordinates / X:16.8　Y:11.8)
3 Talk to Wuk Lamat. (Coordinates / X:16.3　Y:12.0)
4 Further explore Ok'hanu
・ Interact with the stack of Reeds (Coordinates / X:18.1　Y:10.8)
・ Check out the boat made of woven Reeds (Coordinates / X:19.5　Y:10.8)
5 Talk to Alphinaud. (Coordinates / X:19.4　Y:10.8)

A Festive People main story quest involves investigating different locations. To begin the quest, first speak to Wuk Lamat, then explore Ok'hanu and find the Dispirited Hanu and the Vantage Point.

Talk to Wuk Lamat again, and investigate Ok'hanu again, this time looking for the stack of Reeds and the boat made of woven Reeds. Lastly, speak to Alphinaud to finish the quest.
