Equip the Radar

Roblox Abyss Use Radar in Spirit Roots

Isolde's quests include catching specific mutations that are native in Spirit Roots. Make sure to buy the Radar from Richard in the Forgotten Deep to easily identify fish and their mutations.

Before starting this quest, you must have at least the Zepline Tube to be able to reach Spirit Roots without running out of oxygen from entering critical depth. The Zeplin Tube can only reach 375m deep without entering critical status, so it’s better to carry oxygen pods to reach Spirit Roots safely.

Also, the Crossbow Gun is enough to complete Isolde’s first quest, since the fish you catch can be damaged with this weapon. Use the Radar to find the required fish and mutations, and aim to hunt fish that have less than 900 HP. Napoleons tend to exceed 1000 HP, and the Crossbow cannot damage them, but there should be a few that are below 900 HP.

For Isolde’s second quest, you can still use the Zepline Tube and Crossbow Gun to hunt Sunfish and Jellyfish in Spirit Roots, but it's recommended to buy the Oxy Tube and Magroot Gun from Lumi. Fairy-mutated fish are pink in color, and their eyes glow pink as well. Use your Radar to check the mutations just in case.

If you're having trouble finding Rooted Geodes and Moss, you can press X to cancel the fishing minigame if no treasures appear. Rinse and repeat until a treasure shows up.

Narwhals frequent the area near the tree above the safe zone in Spirit Roots, but beware of roaming Sailfish, as they are fast and aggressive. Also, be on the lookout for Fairy- and Spirit-mutated fish to complete the quest.

Once this quest is done, the barrier in the safe zone will be removed and you'll have access to Victor's quests, as well as the Lost Spirit Tube and Lost Spirit Gun.

Isolde is found inside the safety area in Spirit Roots, past Lumi the Cat. You will need at least the Zepline Tube and some Oxygen Tanks to get there!
