Kraken's Quest 1 Objectives

The Kraken's first quest is a simple one that requires you to catch a Clownfish, as well as 2 each of a Tang and Blue Tang. These are all found close to the Forgotten Deep's safe dome, so don't hesitate to swim back and forth if your Oxygen gets low.
Once you've caught all the fish, return to the Kraken and speak with it to turn in the quest.

The next set of fish you will have to catch are slightly more complicated. Don't get too close to the Pufferfish, as it has a poison that it can inflict when it puffs up; this poison drains your Oxygen while you're afflicted.
You will also have to buy the Beginner's Gun for $350 at Henry's Harpoon Shop. Speak to the Kraken again after everything is done.

Be sure to equip the Beginner's Gun you bought previously, as you'll need it to catch the Salmon required for this next quest. You will also need to catch 2 Pufferfish and buy the Normal Tube for $425 at David's Tubes Shop.
Lastly, you will need to find and open a Mossy Geode. These can be obtained by collecting the treasure icon that can randomly appear while you are reeling in a fish. Take them to Virelia, who can open them for you.

For the fourth quest, you will need to catch a Lionfish. You may have already encountered them, as they are Hostile fish that will attack you and cause you to lose some Oxygen. You'll also need 3 each of Salmon and Pufferfish.
You will also have to buy the Advanced Gun for $1050, still at Henry's Harpoon Shop. Talk to the Kraken once you've completed all the objectives.

Equip the Advanced Gun you bought previously, since it is needed to catch the Mahi-Mahi that is required for this quest. You will also need to find 4 Lionfish, and open 2 Mossy Geodes.
Lastly, you'll need to find 3 Tier 1 Chests in the area. They are scattered across the map, so keep your eyes peeled for them (they can even be hidden inside the safe areas)!

For the 6th Kraken quest, you will need to catch a Barracuda. Like the Lionfish, this one is Hostile and can attack, so be wary. You will also need to catch 3 Mahi Mahi, as well as open 5 Tier 1 Chests and 3 Mossy Geodes.
Lastly, you'll have to buy the Pufferfish Tube for $2850 at David's Tubes Shop. Speak to the Kraken once all the objectives have been completed.
