How to Get Artifacts in Abyss
Obtain Geodes and Bring Them to Virelia
You get Artifacts from Geodes, which are found randomly while fishing. Once you have a Geode, you can talk to Virelia to crack them open and get the Artifact.
Where to Find Geodes
While fishing, you have a chance acquiring a Geode, which will appear as a treasure chest during the minigame. To get the Geode, you must hold the fish icon over the green bar until successful.
Getting Geodes from Virelia
Artifacts themselves can be acquired by taking the Geodes to Virelia, allowing you to crack it open to acquire the Artifact.

seems to be some typos in new valentines update items. It says 'weight 25%'. is this increase or decrease? also says reduced speed by 0.4. 0.4 what? seconds? percent?
