Found in a Hidden Cave in Ancient Sands

From the Ancient Sands Teleporter in Crazy Jeff's Shop, immediately turn right and go towards the building with Grumpy Hank. Go past the structure and look for the hidden cave entrance on your left.

The Crab Scroll is found inside the hidden cave, in the mouth of a statue.

How to Use Crab Scroll

Give to Crab in Forgotten Deep

Crab Location
Equip the Crab Scroll then talk to Henry, the Harpoon merchant in Forgotten Deep. From there, give the scroll to Henry then talk to the Crab, which will give you access to the Crab's Quests.
