Seahorses are mainly found around the upper areas of Forgotten Deep! They can be found above the structures that surrounds Forgotten Deep, particularly Bob's Location
How to Catch the Seahorse

To catch the Seahorse, we recommend equipping the Pufferfish Tube and Advanced Gun, as this is the most optimal set that makes catching this fish a whole lot easier!
