Mr. Black Quest 1 - Earn Trust Objectives

For the first Mr. Black quest, you simply need to reach Level 5, then speak to him again.
Mr. Black's Quest 2 - Shady Business Objectives

For the second Mr. Black quest, you'll need to catch 4 Coral-Mutated Fish and 3 Metal-Mutated Fish. Coral-Mutated fish will have a distinct shade of turquoise and maroon. Metal-Mutated fish have distinct silver skin.

The third Mr. Black quest will require you to catch 4 Metal-Mutated Fishes and 3 Albino-Mutated Fishes. Albino-Mutated fish have white skin, and is a little more rare.

3 kinds of mutated fishes are required for the fourth Mr. Black quest. Catch 4 Transparent-Mutated Fishes, 3 Albino-Mutated Fishes, and 2 Metal-Mutated Fishes. Transparent-Mutated fish will have noticibly clear bodies. These fish sometimes fade into their background, so make sure to use you Radar to easily spot them!

The fifth Mr. Black quest requires 4 Transparent-Mutated Fishes, 3 Golden-Mutated Fishes, and 2 Coral-Mutated Fishes. Golden-Mutated fish have bright and golden skin that stands out in the water. They also sell for a lot, so don't hesitate to sell them!

The sixth Mr. Black quest requires 8 Albino-Mutated Fishes, 4 Metal-Mutated Fishes, and 3 Negative-Mutated Fishes. Negative-Mutated fish will can vary in color, but are most recognizable through their white eyes. Their skin may be dark blue or have inverted colors from their natural color.

The seventh Mr. Black quest requires 3 Neon-Mutated Fishes, 2 Shadow-Mutated Fishes, 4 Transparent-Mutated Fishes, and 6 Coral-Mutated Fishes. Neon-Mutated fish have very bright skin. Meanwhile, Shadow-Mutated fish have black skin and red eyes.

The eighth and last Mr. Black quest requires 4 Angelic-Mutated Fishes, 3 Abyssal-Mutated Fishes, 4 Neon-Mutated Fishes, and 3 Golden-Mutated Fishes. Angelic-Mutated fish have bright, yellow skin with sparkle effects. Lastly, Abyssal-Mutated fish have glowing blue skin and blue eyes.
