Isaac's first quest tasks you to find a total of 10 Pacific Fanfish, with 3 of them needing to have the Spirit Mutation. You also need to bring the fish directly to Isaac, meaning that you must not sell them.

You will also need to get 2 Moss, which can be acquired from treasure that randomly appears while reeling in fish. Note that these treasures can also yield Rooted Geodes instead of Moss, and that you may need to find multiple treasures to get the Moss you need.

For his next quest, you will need to bring Isaac 10 Jellyfish, 3 of which have to be Fairy-Mutated. In addition, you'll also have to bring 5 Pacific Fanfish and 4 Moss.

The Fairy-Mutated Jellyfish is noticeably brighter than its regular counterpart, making it easier to distinguish as they are both pink.

Isaac's 3rd quest has you find and bring 10 Napoleons, with 2 of them needing to have the Rooted mutation. You also have to bring him 6 Jellyfish and 5 Moss to complete the quest.

The Rooted Napoleon has a less-detailed, rockier appearance than its regular counterpart. Its fins are also red, setting it apart from its usual form.
