 Found on a tree near the table with the developers.

 Found on a rock formation overlooking the Forgotten Dome from Virelia's direction.

Duck in a Closed Off Area
 Found in a closed-off area near the edge of Spirit Roots.
Duck Beside Golem
 Found beside the Golem inside the Spirit Roots cave, which you can access by going down the tunnel entrance left of the safety area by Lumi and Isolde.

How to Get to the Angler Cave

Lost Captain Map Location

To access the Angler Cave, look for the Lost Captain in his ship wreckage site and complete his long quest chain. This will unlock the gate behind the ship, which will lead to the area.

How to Use Ducks

Bring Ducks to Secret Door

Secret Door

From the starting island, go past Virelia and go towards the tall structure behind her. A secret door can be found, which you can repeatedly knock on until you trigger an interaction with an NPC. This NPC tells you to bring 15 ducks.
