When using the Vampire Squid race, its ability, Blood Siphon, restores Oxygen each time you catch a fish, allowing you to last longer in the water.

Therefore, as a Vampire Squid, it would be best to catch as much fish as you can in order to stay alive.

Should I Use Vampire Squid?

Yes. Vampire Squid is one of the best races you can get as it increases your overall survivability so long as you can catch a fish.

It is also worth noting that since each species of fish has their own difficulty when catching them, it would be best to pair this race up with a gun powerful enough to angle even the most difficult of fishes.

How to Get Vampire Squid

Pull for Races

Roll for Races

To get the Vampire Squid race, you must pull for it in the Races screen. One pull costs 100 Star Shards, and a Lucky Pull costs 450 Star Shards.

There is a 2% chance to acquire the Vampire Squid race when pulling. However, going for Lucky Pulls may increase its drop rate.
