Equip the Crate to Show Where to Go
To easily know where to go, simply equip the Cargo Crate as you travel. This will show a yellow indicator on your screen showing your target location.
To give the Crate to the NPCs, you must also have the Crate equipped.
Diver's Quest 1 - 3

The first few deliveries you make are for NPCs in Forgotten Deep. The package weighs 5kg - 10kg, which can very easily be carried by the Pufferfish Tube.

The next deliveries are for NPCs in Ancient Sands. Here, it is recommended to have at least the Boat Tube to comfortably explore the area.
It is important to note that you can still use the Teleporter to quickly travel to Ancient Sands if you already have it unlocked.

The next delivery requires you to carry a total of 120kg, which requires a Zepline Tube or better. Fortunately, Mr. Black is in the starting area, while Jeff is near the Teleporter in Ancient Sands.

The next delivery requires you to carry 135kg, which nearly maxes out the Zepline Tube. Fortunately, Morveth can be found northeast of the Diver, at a depth of around 300m.

The next delivery requires you to carry a total of 150kg, which will require the Rukiry Tube or better. It is recommended to pass by Morveth first, go back to Forbidden Deep for Virelia, then use the Teleporter for Jeff.

The next delivery requires you to carry a total of 180kg, which will require the Rukiry Tube or better. Simply go back to the starting area and give the package to the Crab.

The next few deliveries are for NPCs in Spirit Roots, which will require the Oxy Tube or better. Lumi can be found near the entrance of the safe zone in Spirit Roots, Isaac can be found northeast of the safe zone entrance, and Golem can be found in a hidden cave nearby.

The last delivery requires you to carry 250kg, which will require the Oxy Tube or better. The Lost Captain can be found directly east of the starting area in Forbidden Deep.

Submarine Near Starting Area
Behind the leaderboards in the Forbidden Deep starting area, you will see a yellow submarine in the distance. The Diver can be seen seated on top of the submarine, northwest of the Forgotten Deep.
