You can catch the Discus fish in the Sunken Wilds area, the fifth location you can access as you progress the game. Keep your eyes peeled since you'll have to manually search for the Discus to catch it, and always keep tabs on your oxygen level and weight limit to maximize your fishing sessions!
How to Catch the Discus
Equip the Lost Spirit Tube and Lost Spirit Gun

To catch the Discus, we recommend equipping the Lost Spirit Tube and Lost Spirit Gun, as this is the most optimal set that makes catching this fish a whole lot easier! Higher tube and gun tiers are generally better, but this equipment recommendation serves as the baseline to successfully catch the Discus without running out of oxygen mid-catch!
Too Heavy or Strong to Catch?
