Use Death Rain

Death Rain is the safest attack to use in this battle, since it auto-locks on and will keep firing even as you're running away from the laser. Make sure to use it as soon as it's charged.

Use Death Slow then Kick

While Ohma is firing the laser beam for a long period, run up directly behind it then trigger Death Slow, so that it takes longer for it to turn. This gives you a longer period to spam attacks. You may also use Death Kick during this time, since it's less risky to do so.

Always Sprint

Normal running is risky, especially with the laser attacks in the Red Phase or if you start running late. Always sprint to get away from the lasers and get behind Ohma.

Don't Use Heavy Attacks

Spamming Heavy Attacks isn't recommended since their combos take long to finish and you can't cancel them, which will likely cause Ohma to blast you with her cannon.

Eat Ebi and Inari-zushi

Ebi	Inari-zushi

Ebi and Inari-zushi both allow your Death Skill gauge to replenish faster, which will help you defeat Ohma a lot quicker. You can purchase both at DonMai Sushi right before the entrance to the battle.

Ohma Attacks and Abilities

All of Ohma's attacks are one-hit kills. Do your best to avoid them!

Laser Shot

Ohma shoots a quick shot of a laser beam in the direction it is facing.

Laser Beam Hold

Ohma fires a laser beam in the direction it is facing and holds it for around 10 seconds. It will slowly turn to face Travis.

Laser Beam Fast

Ohma lifts off into the air and fires a laser beam at the ground. The laser beam will move quickly towards Travis.

Ohma is a pink, seemingly docile alien, who secretly packs an immensely powerful gastro cannon as a weapon. When the aliens first arrive on Earth, Ohma easily destroys entire blocks of a city.

Vengeful Sadness

Ohma is an incredibly powerful alien that has shrunken down in size to be Velvet Chair Girl's pet. Once its master suddenly dies, it is overcome with grief and lashes out at Travis. When Ohma explodes after Travis defeats it, Travis notes that her falling remains are like tears.
