How to Use the Roulette Wheel

Upon dying in-game, you will be given the choice to either retry or return to the motel. If you click retry, you will be redirected to the Roulette Wheel.

You will randomly get buffs or debuffs upon respawning depending on what reward you will receive from the roulette.
