Only 1 Wrestling Move
Throwing is the only wrestling move you unlock in No More Heroes 3. Unlock Throwing during the combat tutorial inside the UFO in Episode 1.
How to Perform Wrestling Moves
Controls

| (behind stunned enemy) |
Backward Throw |
Attack Stunned Enemies
Continuously attack enemies until they're stunned (denoted by stars above their head). While stunned, press ZR to perform a Wrestling Move on them, which knocks them out completely. Succesful Wrestling Moves fully replenishes your Beam Sword power.
Attack Enemies from Behind
Dodge behind enemies and grab them to perform a back throw. Some enemies can be grabbed from behind without having to stun them! Throw them on their heads and cause some damage!
