Notorious was a character that appeared in No More Heroes: Travis Strikes Again second DLC, Bubblegum Fatale. He appears at the end of the game to combat a group of villanious alien lucha libre.

In No More Heroes 3, he suddenly arrives to take out Sniping Lee before he could shoot Travis with a headshot. As a superhero, his goal is also to take down FU but relents after Travis takes on that responsibility. However, Travis asks him to finish the job if ever he were to die.
