Though you are not given rewards by the citizen for completing the quest, you can collect WESN from all of the trees that you have planted. After they have fully grown, each tree will give you 100 WESN.

At the start of Epsiode 5, you can talk to the citizen at the park in Santa Destroy to receive the Greenification Quest. Around the map, you will find several tree planters with star-shaped indicators. Interact with the planter to plant a WESN tree at that spot.

In order to make finding tree locations easier, equip the Death Glove Chip No. 49, 80 Chip, to your Death Glove. Once equipped, your controller will beep and vibrate the closer you get to an tree location. It will be the strongest the closer you are to it.
Death Glove Chip No. 50, 80 Chip-EX, has the same functionality as the 80 Chip, but can be used while on the motorcycle.
