Trade DeathMan Cards

Speak with Bishop, the man at the counter, to activate the Volunteer Mission. He'll ask you to collect the DeathMan cards spread around the city in exchange for cash.

There are 21 DeathMan cards to collect. Remember to bring them back to Bishop for some rewards!
