Beef Head can be found in the northeast part of Santa Destroy. It is on the same block as the Motel.
Speak with Bishop, the man at the counter, to activate the Volunteer Mission. He'll ask you to collect the DeathMan cards spread around the city in exchange for cash.
There are 21 DeathMan cards to collect. Remember to bring them back to Bishop for some rewards!

As a way to earn more Uc, you may sell Junk obtained from enemies and boss fights to Bishop.
Before selling your parts, first know all the Death Glove Chips and the junk needed to craft them, so you know what parts you need to craft the chips you want.
