| Description | Sylvia Christel is a former United Assassins Association agent, being the one to approach Travis in NMH1. Currently she works as Damon's secretary and is married to Travis with two children. |
Sylvia is Travis Touchdown's main love interest in the series and has played a significant role in many of the previous games. In No More Heroes 3, she works as Damon Riccitiello's secretary and a representative of the United Assassins Association (UAA) during battles against the galactic superheroes.
Sylvia will usually call Travis on his cellphone before he battles against a galactic superhero member. She also typically appears after the battle to keep track of Travis' success though she would usually ignore Travis' requests to talk.

| 1 | After entering the UFO, Sylvia calls Travis to welcome him once again to the garden of insanity. Once Mr. Blackhole has been defeated, Sylvia appears to congratulate Travis and tasks him to challenge the rest of the galactic superheroes, but she refuses to talk any further. |
| 2 | Before battling Gold Joe, Sylvia calls Travis to explain Gold Joe's dealings and why he must be defeated. Sylvia appears after the fight and reveals that the United Assassins Association (UAA) is managing the ranked battles, and she is working with them to help out Travis. |
| 3 | Upon entering Neo Osaka, Sylvia calls Travis to introduce him to Black Night Direction. After you defeat Native Dancer, Sylvia congratualtes Travis for reaching rank 8 in the galactic rankings. Travis tries to ask Sylvia more about Native Dancer, but she keeps it a secret from Travis for now. |
| 4 | Before the battle with Kimmy Love, Sylvia appears at the Motel to talk about the next ranked battle with Travis. Bishop also comments on Sylvia's channel where she posts recipes. Once you defeat Kimmy Love, she appears once again to congratulate Travis. |
| 5 | After entering the UFO, Sylvia calls once again to give Travis a briefer on Velvet Chair Girl and Ohma. She appears once again after you defeat Ohma to congratulate Travis. |
| 6 | Sylvia calls Travis once again before facing against Midori Midorikawa. Once the battle is over, we see that Sylvia has been watching the battle from the top of a hill and comments on how mysterious NT Kamui is. |
| 7 | Before battling against Sniping Lee, Sylvia calls Travis for another briefer, but after realizing that Sniping Lee was killed by Notrious, she activates Destroyman to replace the dead galactic superhero. |
| 8 | Inside the UFO, Sylvia calls Travis to give him a short introduction on Sonic Juice. When FU kills Sonic Juice to take down Travis himself, Syliva intervenes to keep them from breaking the rules. She also tells Travis that he has advanced to the number 2 spot since FU killed Paradox Bandit. |
| 10 | After entering Damon Tower, Sylvia calls one last time time to welcome Travis to the final battle. She is also in attendance during Badman's funeral. |
 During the post-credits scene, Sylvia appears to have known about the plan of her future kids to return to this timeline to stop their uncle, Henry Cooldown, which explains how she knew about Native Dancer beforehand. |
