Outfits allow you to change the look of Travis as he walks around the world. Most clothing items are merely cosmetic and only change your character's physical appearance. Clothes can be unlocked by meeting certain conditions and speaking with T-Shirt Aliens.
List of Clothes: How to Get Clothes
Collect scorpions across all of Santa Destroy for the volunteer mission Scorpion Death Ramen. Scorpions are aggressive bugs that will attack you if approached from the front! Sneak up behind them and press A to safely catch them!
Help find Jeane's kittens who are scattered across Santa Destroy! If you get close to a kitten, Travis will comment to Jeane that he thinks one of his kids is nearby. Once a kitten is found, it will be visible somewhere in Travis' motel room!
Press A when near a kitten to beam it up to your room!
Collect all the cards from the DeathMan mini-game. Cards will be denoted by a blue star on the ground. Once collected, cards can be traded in at Beef Head for money and materials.
The Doppelganger is a mysterious man that you initially discover in Perfect World. After meeting him the first time, he challenges you to a game to find him again. He will send you very vague details to the whereabouts of his location via email. The doppleganger man is the only quest in where the 80 Chip will not vibrate when near him, so you will have to find him by simply looking.
After talking to one of the citizens of Santa Destroy, she will ask you to find and destroy several alien shells scattered around the map. Alien shells are alien artworks dropped onto earth and look similar to Easter Island statues.
Trees can be planted for the Volunteer Mission Greenification. Help add some green to Santa Destroy by planting trees in marked areas. There are total of 100 trees across all areas of Santa Destroy.

Capsule toys can be collected in the Gacha Room in the No More Heroes Motel. There are a total of 67 capsule toys across the Assassin, Alien, and Battle Recreation categories.
Beam katanas is Travis' primary weapon in the game. Unlike previous No More Heroes titles, only one Beam Katana appears to be available in No More Heroes 3.
