While we cannot dismiss the raw power of the Anti-Tank, because it is discarded after just one shot, makes it a questionable choice especially for missions where you will be facing multiple elite enemies at a time. This weapon is better suited for missions wherein you only need to eliminate one enemy boss.
Expendable Anti-Tank can be unlocked for purchase after reaching level 3. You can buy this Stratagem for 3000 Requisition Slips in the Ship Management console located inside your ship.
The Expendable Anti-Tank can be called in the form of a supply drop. Throw the Stratagem in a location where you can pick up the supply—preferably close to you. Once the supply drops, interact with it to obtain and equip the Expendable Anti-Tank.
Use Ship Modules to further increase the effectiveness of Stratagems on the field. Listed below are the following Ship Modules that augment and enhance the Expendable Anti-Tank Stratagem:
As a one-time use Stratagem, it can be quite difficult to complete this personal order. However, if you choose an Eradicate Terminid Swarm mission on a lower difficulty, you will be able to quickly complete this order when you fire the Anti-Tank at a cluster of Terminids.
Get to a higher point, and scope out a cluster of bugs, then fire away. Just make sure that the count sums up to 10 to not have to summon the stratagem a second time.

You get two of them per drop, and it's on a 70 second cooldown. You can stick powerful enemies with the call-in itself and kill them with it. This gives you regular access to a powerful weapon for dealing with heavies even if you die and can't get back to your corpse. Take it in addition to the support weapon you'll be using normally; call it in when you see something that needs a rocket, kill it, then pick up your usual support weapon and continue on. Works wonders at higher difficulties.
