Once you have the pill bottle, return to Typhon Guile in the monolith in Acasa Marsh and give him the medicine. Additionally, if you already have the Satellite Radio from the Ministry of Cultural Primacy in Lethe, give it to the other soldier to complete this good deed.

Afterwards, claim your reward for this good deed from Gildas Brom in the Watcher's Nest in Vyssa Hills.
