I think stalwarts fit this template WAY better. On all society laws (with very few exceptions, like maybe birthing program), the theme of stalwarts make more sense with the tradition version. Also, overseer is more similar to stalwarts than ventures; and bohemians is more opposite that the pilgrim equivalent
