How to Get Woolhaven Fleeces
Offer Wool in Woolhaven
To get most of the new Fleeces added in the Woolhaven DLC, you need to offer Wool at their statues which you can find in the middle of the town.

Complete Side Quests in the DLC
Ratau's Cloak and Yngya's Fleece are unique Fleeces that can be obtained as rewards from completing side quests in the DLC. You need to complete the respective side quests from the NPCs to unlock their Fleeces.
