You can get the Fleece of the Knight by burying the Wool of the Knight after repairing Sariel's building in the Woolhaven DLC of Cult of the Lamb. Read on to learn how to get the Fleece of the Knight and what it does.

Uncover the Grave of the Unnamed Knight
Start the DLC and unlock the Woolhaven area. You will find stone that you can mine to the northeast of Yngya. Mine this stone to uncover the grave of the Unnamed Knight.
How to Start the Woolhaven DLC
Obtain the Wool of the Resolute
Play through the Woolhaven DLC story until you retrieve the Wool of the Resolute. This is the sixth of the special wool items that you can find in Ewefall. You will have to obtain the first five before obtaining this wool item.
To get this item, you will have to solve a puzzle. You will have to use switches to move the spikes on the floor. This will allow you to match three crowns to effigies that match their colors.
Bury the Wool of the Resolute
Return to Woolhaven and head to the left of the Yngya statue. You may then bury the Wool of the Resolute in Sariel's tomb.
Repair Sariel's Building
You will need to use 10 Pure Yewbark to repair Sariel's building.
To obtain this material, you will have to consecrate Charged Shards and Cursed Yewbark in the Refinery.
Obtain the Wool of the Knight
Once Sariel's building is repaired, head northeast, behind the building. You will be able to find and pick up the Wool of the Knight.
Bury the Wool of the Knight
Head to the grave of the Unnamed Knight and bury the Wool of the Knight there. Once you have done this, you will obtain the Fleece of the Knight.
Fleece of the Knight Effects
Cosmetic Changes Only
The Fleece of the Knight can be equipped in the Fleece Menu. It serves as a Hollow Knight easter egg that changes the Lamb's appearance.
Keep in mind that it has no gameplay benefits.
