Here are all 9 new achievements exclusive to the Woolhaven DLC of Cult of the Lamb. Many of these can be obtained through normal gameplay, while some may require extensive playthroughs to achieve.
Woolhaven DLC Guide: All Features and New Content
Maker of Legends
Maker of Legends requires you to progress until you unlock Rami. Bring her fragments and wool, and you will be able to obtain Legendary Weapons.
All Legendary Weapons and How to Get Them
The Prodigal Child
To get The Prodigal Child achievement, go to Woolhaven at night and check the dock in the bottom-right area. You'll see a green moon symbol and simply interact with it to summon the Wolf. Sacrifice a Rotten Follower to receive Ratau's Cloak and unlock this achievement.
This only works if you sacrificed Ratau in the base game story. Otherwise, there is an extra step to getting this achievement.
Head to the Lonely Shack if Ratau is Alive
If Ratau is still alive, when you sacrifice a follower, you'll receive Ratau's Staff instead. Go to the Lonely Shack after and challenge him to a game of Knucklebones.
Win the game with a bet, and he'll give you Ratau's Cloak. You'll unlock this achievement afterward as well.
The Complete Collection
The Complete Collection requires you to collect all of the Flockade pieces from Aniel. You can unlock these pieces as you play through Aniel’s minigame. The more you win, the more pieces you earn.
Killer Instinct
The Killer Instinct achievement can be completed as you progress through Intruders on the Mountain. This requires you to defeat Marchosias, whom you will also encounter naturally as you progress.
Woolhaven Reborn
The Woolhaven Reborn achievement can be unlocked by completing the entire Woolhaven DLC. Keep progressing until the endgame to earn this achievement.
Swing of the Axe
Swing of the Axe achievement requires you to defeat the Executioner. You will encounter her as you progress through the story, but you will only fight her as a boss during your second encounter.
Rot No More
Rot No More is an achievement you can earn after defeating the final boss, Yngya. Simply progress through the game until you reach the endgame, which will eventually lead you to face Yngya.
Eat the Rich
Eat the Rich requires several steps to complete. First, get the Midas Skull in Ewefall and place it in the Hatchery to hatch Midas. After he leaves your cult as he matures, catch him, and you can then indoctrinate him.
Respect Thy Mother
Respect Thy Mother is the trickiest achievement to get, as it requires you to enter combat without attacking Yngya. The only reliable way to do this is to avoid all her attacks, since she will damage herself with her own moves.
