Menticide Mushrooms can be found in Anura. You may obtain them by attacking the red mushrooms in the overworld.

You can also obtain Menticide Mushroom Spores from the red mushrooms in Anura. You may plant them in a farm plot in order to grow more Menticide Mushrooms.

After the Woolhaven DLC has been installed, Yngya's statue will appear at your base. Once you approach it, you will be prompted to offer 5 Menticide Mushrooms,

This is the first of four offerings you need to begin the Woolhaven DLC.

How to Start the Woolhaven DLC

Give to Sozo For a Talisman Fragment

Speaking to Sozo
Sozo is an NPC that is found in the Spore Grotto. You can give him 10 Menticide Mushrooms in order to obtain a Talisman Fragment.

Unlock and Use For the Brainwashing Ritual

Unlock and Use For the Brainwashing Ritual
You can give Sozo 20 more Menticide Mushrooms after you receive the Talisman Fragment from him. This will unlock the Brainwashing Ritual, which makes your followers' faith be locked at full for two days.

In order to begin this ritual, you will need 25 Menticide Mushrooms and 10 Lumber. The ritual is useful for increasing the success chances of a follower's Missionary work.

Build Mushroom-Themed Decorations
You can get mushroom-themed decoration blueprints while in Anura. You will need to spend Menticide Mushrooms in order to build these decorations.
