Captain Treatment's attacks are dangerous, but mostly only at close to medium range. You can use Death Glove skills as safe approaches or attacks from afar. Death Rain will continuously fire projectiles at him, Death Slow will give you more time to mash him with attacks, and Death Kick knocks him on his back, also allowing you to keep mashing it with attacks.
All of Captain Treatment's various axe swings are powerful attacks that should be avoided. Position yourself near him and bait an attack, then quickly move out of the way. Once his attack finishes, mash him with combos, but dodge away once you see he's gearing up for another attack. Triggering a Perfect Dodge is ideal.
Captain Treatment will occassionally stop to slouch down and emit energy. He may look vulnerable, but if you go up to him and attack him, he will trigger an energy vortex then start glowing and deal stronger damage. To avoid this, use Death Force to throw him backward, which won't trigger the vortex or his glow.
