Use Death Rain
Chestholes normally don't leave the center of the stage, because they prefer to just shoot energy balls at you from where they are. You can launch Death Rain at them while focusing on other enemies in parts of the stage that are covered by objects (such as crates, pillars, or barriers), which will shield you from their projectiles.
Focus on Chestholes Last
When only the Chestholes remain, you'll have more freedom to spam them with combos and dodge their green orb minefield. You can use Death Kick to approach them.
