Attack and Disarm Using Your Whip

Indy's Whip is your main weapon throughout the game, allowing you to fight from a distance, even against enemies with firearms.

While the whip can deal damage at medium range, it can also be used to knock enemies off balance, or disarm enemies, making it a great all around offensive tool!

Pull Enemies to Punch Them Up Close

Punch Enemies Close

Getting close to enemies by sneaking up on them or by pulling them using your whip allows you to hold them and punch them continously.

This is effective when dealing with one enemy at a time, and adds to the immersive experience of letting you beat up bad guys as Indiana Jones!

Pick Up Items to Use In Combat

Pick Up Items

Items scattered throughout the world can also be picked up and used in combat. Items like Bottles and Tools can be picked up and used as single-use weapons against enemies.

There will also be times where you can use Firearms, but since these are more limited, they should be used strategically alongside your whip and fists!

Combat Tips

Push Enemies Away With Fists

Push Enemies

When caught in a skirmish against enemies, you can shove enemies away, to give you more room, allowing you to recover stamina, pick up items, or disengage from combat.

You can also push enemies to their demise if you are fighting on an elevated place, making it a quick and easy way to get rid of enemies!

Block Attacks and Counterattack

Block Attacks

Most enemies will engage you in hand to hand combat, so it is important to time your blocks, and counterattack efficiently.

Doing so allows you to minimize the damage you take during combat, ensuring you don't suddenly get knocked out!

Prioritize Stealth Over Combat

Prioritize Stealth

Sneaking up on enemies and performing Stealth Takedowns grant an instant-kill against opponents, so prioritizing this saves you both the time and effort of having to deal with enemies.

Make use of objects in your surroundings to cause distractions, allowing you to sneak around more effectively!
