Guns in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle have to be aimed before shooting to bring down an enemy. Read our guide to learn how to use guns, when to use them, and other useful tips.

Aim before Firing

Guns Aim Before Firing

You cannot shoot without aiming the gun first. Aim by holding M2 or LB, then Fire with M1 or RB.

Your gun should be aiming when its pointed straight at your crosshair.

Reload with M1 or Triangle

Guns Reload

Pressing Fire, without aiming, will reload the gun.

Use It for Melee with E

Guns Melee Weapons.png

Any gun can be converted to a melee weapon by pressing E. When it has no more durability, it will be destroyed. You can change it back to a ranged weapon by pressing M2 or LB

If you broke a gun from a Disguise, like your Revolver, it will be unusable until you restore it with a Repair Kit.

Last Resort Against Groups

Guns Last Resort Aganist Groups
Gunfire will instantly alert all nearby enemies. If you shoot someone at the beginning of a fight, expect heavy resistance.

There are more efficient ways to deal with groups of enemies. You can knock them out one by one with silent takedowns, find an alternate route through cllimbing, or distract them.

Use Guns Aganist Giants and Boss Battles

Ammo is hard to come by, so save bullets for when you are forced to fight tough enemies like Giants or bosses.

Always keep at least 5 bullets so you are ready for a boss battle.

No Need for Headshots

No Need for Headshots
A shot on any part of the body will do the same damage. Aim for the chest for the highest chance of a hit.

You Always Have a Revolver

Change Disguise
Indy can access his revolver anytime by changing into his regular outfit. You can do this by equipping Indy's Outfit in the inventory.

You can equip his revolver by pressing Left on the keyboard or D-Pad. Indy can change disguises anytime as long as an enemy has not seen him.

Lean to Peak From Corners

Lean From Corners
You can check an area from a hiding spot by leaning. This is done by aiming and pressing Z or C on keyboard or using the Left Analog Stick on controller.

Use this when you need to confirm an enemy's location behind cover.
