This mystery is only unlocked after completing the A Nun in Trouble fieldwork. Once you've completed that fieldwork, return to the Sistine Chapel and you will find a note in the Bible.
Safe Located at the Excavation Site
The safe that you need to open for this mystery can be found in a tent at the Excavation Site behind the Apostolic Palace.

 Take the note from the Bible on the Altar in the Sistine Chapel. |

 Read the note to begin the mystery. |

 You will have to infiltrate the Excavation Site in the Apostolic Palace. You can get a Blackshirt Uniform in the marked location to make this easier for you. ► How to Get Blackshirt Uniform |
| 4 |
 Enter the site and go to the small tent at the end of the site. |
| 5 |
 Look for a safe and input the code from the note: 1891. |
| 6 |
 Take the message from the safe, don't forget about the cash. |
| 7 |
 Return to the Sistine Chapel and insert the information back into the Bible. |
