The Fountain of Confession Puzzle is available after retrieving the parchment from Augur the Giant's tomb in the Necropolis and delivering it to Antonio in The Stolen Cat Mummy.

Fountain of Confession Solution Summary
The Fountain of Confession is multiple puzzles in one. It begins with solving the outer puzzle, and then solving the two puzzles on the cube that leads to the Secret Monastery.
1. Have the two dragon statues face each other.
2. Move the lever to see different sides of the puzzle.
3. On the right side of the puzzle, have the water pass from the man's bucket to the boy.
4 On the left side of the puzzle, make a path for the boat piece to move across the wall relief.
5. Push the statues into position to open the gate.

 Get the Fountain Gate Key from the chest on the left side of the fountain. Enter through the gate at the side of the fountain. |

 Climb up to the scaffolding on the second floor. Swing over to the black dragon. |

 Rotate its palm to reveal a lever. Push on the lever to rotate the dragon. Stop when it is facing the fountain. |

 Swing back over to the white dragon. Look for its claw in the lower scaffolding. Jump down and wait until the cutscene ends. |

 Climb back up to the white dragon. Same as the black dragon, twist its claw to reveal the lever. |
| 6 |
 Once both dragons are facing the fountain, whip yank the back of the dragon at the center of the fountain to reveal the next piece of the puzzle. |

 Use the lever at the base of the fountain to rotate the large puzzle. It is recommended to start with the easier puzzle because the boat puzzle will require some trial and error. |

 Start with the baptism puzzle. First, push the boy closer to the center. Afterwards, yank the ring to send water to the man. Finally, push the man towards the center to solve the first part of the puzzle. |

 Use the fountain base lever to rotate the puzzle all the way around to the boat puzzle. |

 Solve the boat puzzle by making a path for the boat to cross through. You can rotate the rings of the puzzle to move the wooden blocks in the path of the boat, then whip yank the levers above to move the boat. |

 Once you have solved both puzzles, finally push the boy statue towards the center to unlock the gate to the Underground. |
The Fountain of Confession is a 3-part puzzle that involves the dragons at the fountain's mouth, and the two puzzles that are inside the fountain. Solving this puzzle will allow you to progress the story and explore the Underground.
