You can start the Fortune’s Reach mystery by collecting the poster on the bulletin board in the Worker’s Area. This can be seen from the entrance of Nawal’s blue tent.
Just go straight, heading west, from the entrance of Nawal’s tent. You should easily be able to see the bulletin board with the large red Nazi poster and smaller Wanted poster in front of a broken pillar.

Fortune's Reach Solution Summary
Fortune’s Reach is mostly confined to the Worker’s Area. All the clues you need can be obtained by following the road and clue trail.
1. Pick up the Wanted Poster from the bulletin board.
2. Take a picture of the spilled red paint and footsteps south from Nawal’s tent.
3. Follow the footsteps to an underground opening south of the Worker’s Area.
4 Pick up the note inside.

 Collect the Wanted Poster from the bulletin board in the Worker’s Area. |

 From Nawal’s blue tent, head south following the road until you see a fallen bucket to your left spilling out red paint onto the floor. Take out your camera, and snap a photo of the paint and footprints. |

 Follow the red footprints. You’ll notice that the red paint can only be seen until the area near a stack of barrels. However, paintless footprints appear if you head south. |

 Follow the paintless footprints south, across the road, and into an opening leading underground. Crouch down to enter this opening. |

 Here you will find someone buried in dirt as well as a note and the book True Grit. Collect the note to complete this mystery. |
