1. Find Vitalis During Family Reunion

Step Objective
1.1
Hell is Us - Weeping Knight Statue
After speaking with Victor and asking him about the the Vigil Note you found in Vitalis' basement, travel to Vyssa Hills and look for the Weeping Knight Statue by following the stone path northeast of where the APC is parked.
1.2 Speak with the wounded OMSIF soldier near the statue, and she will tell you that the convoy fled further northeast.

Over the hill beside the wreckage, you will find a wounded man. This is your father, Vitalis. Interact with him and you'll enter a cut scene about your family's legacy. You will receive the Keystone of Grief after the cutscene.

2. Find the Watcher's Nest During Family Legacy

Step Objective
2.1
Hell is Us - To the Wooden gate
From the save point on Vitalis's grave, head southwest up the hills near the timeloop. Enter the wooden gate into the mountain pass.

Past the timeloop is a path towards a refugee camp where you can talk to Diana Kos for the Death's Door good deed.
2.2
Hell is Us - Pass Intersection
On the first intersection, take the left path going southeast and speak to the woman sitting near the save point.
2.3
Hell is Us - Speak with Tania
This is Tania Alver, the journalist that was in contact with Vitalis. She will tell you about the location of the Watcher's nest, past the tombstones, west of your current location.

She will give you one of the keys to open the door, the Emblem-Candle, and will ask you to find Agatha for the second one.
2.4
Hell is Us - Agatha
Go back to the intersection and take the path right. As you exit the ridges, you will find a Timeloop Guardian and a Feral Walker standing over her corpse. Defeat the enemies and take the Emblem-Book from her body.

You will also pick up her Ethnic ID Card, which you can use to solve the Mystery, The Hideout, later in the game.

Hell is Us - to the watcher
Climb the scaffolding and walk to the left. There will be a path filled with tombstones. Follow the path heading west. At the first intersection, take the right path.
2.6
Hell is Us - Watcher
On the second intersection on this road, take the right path to find the doors of the Watcher's Nest.

You can meet Atticus if you follow the path to the left; he is a refugee camping near the giant stone serpent. Giving him the keys to the ON Truck will complete the Good Deed, Heart of Gold.

Open the door using the emblems. There will be a note near the center telling you to open Pentos's Coffin. It will also contain the riddle to open it. Go down into the crypt and gather the four Ceramic Flowers and the Lymbic Rod - Grief, Z.

The solution is; Name - Algea (behind the whiteboard) , Title - Tear Symbol (in the round room), Symbol of his Order - The Vigil (candle and book symbol near the save point), Date - 1513 (beside the green banner).

Hell is Us - Open the Crypt
Go back to crypt and open the coffin. You will get the Mark of the Betrayed and the Blue Flower Scroll. There will be a cut scene with Tania accessing your APC and agreeing to meet her there.

Hell is Us - Speak with Gildas Brom
Before leaving, speak with the man in the wheel chair, Gildas Brom, as he will give the Guardian Detector, which can help you track the location of Timeloop Guardians. He will also reward you for doing Good Deeds and closing Timeloops.

There is a computer to Gildas Brom's right that's connected to the Eternity mystery.

3. Learn the Gospel of Teaar During Searching for the Keystone of Ecstacy

Step Objective
3.1
Hell is Us - Vyssa Hills
After getting the Twin-Headed Serpent and the Gospel of Teaar in the National Library of Lethe, travel back to Vyssa Hills, then go to the area where Serpent's Maw is east of the map, close to where you first met Tania. On the tablet, it will tell you to follow the serpent across the Vyssa Hills.

Hell is Us - Serpent Ruin
Beside the Maw, there is a ruin with a serpent symbol, you will need inside the item here. Since the gate is locked, you will need to make your way into the mines northwest to access it from inside.There will be a clue spray-painted on the side of the wall. Take note of the mice painting since it will guide you to where you need to go.
3.3
Hell is Us - To the Mine
Head into the mines, and follow the mice paintings along the way. You will reach a passage with a save point and a ladder.
3.4
Hell is Us - To the Ruins
Go up the ladder and open the chest with the Twin-Headed Serpent to get the Token of the Serpent.
3.5
Hell is Us - Serpent Door
From the Mine's entrance go up the hill and follow the serpents body. The door will be beside the Timeloop.
3.6
Hell is Us - Moon Door and Ruins
Open the door and pass through the tunnel. South of the tunnel will be another door and ruins with a moon symbol. You will need the Token of the Moon to pass through.

Hell is Us - Hint and Keys
Approach the gate of the Moon Ruins, the door will be locked. Scan the clue on the side of the gate and grab the Key - Mine from the corpse beside it. There is a Lymbic Chest to your left as you enter the gate.

Hell is Us - To the Water Tower
Go to the Water Tower. Jump down the hill towards the Timeloop, and it should be south from there. Once you enter the mountain pass, climb up the scaffolding to reach the mine entrance beside the water tower.

Hell is Us - To the Moon Ruins
Use the Keys - Mine on the door beside the mouse painting. Like before, follow the mice paintings until you reach the ladder to climb up.

Hell is Us - Moon Token
Inside the Moon Ruins, get the item inside the chest and exit back out to the area where the locked door is.
3.11
Hell is Us - Palm Area
Open the door using the Moon Token and go through the tunnel and drop down into the path to continue heading northwest. In the clearing, there will be Ruins with a Palm Symbol and a rock formation that looks like a serpent's head. There is also a chest in this area that can be unlocked related to the Pilgrimage mystery.

Hell is Us - Palm Ruins
Go to the ruins and defeat the Timeloop Guardian. Get the Token of the Palm from the chest and head towards the serpent head.
3.13
Hell is Us - Teaar Church
Use the Token of the Palm to open the door and enter the church. From the pedestal, take the Letter - Land Grant to unlock the location Plains of Mist.

You can open the gate on the left side of the room to exit back out near the Moon Ruins and fast travel to the APC from the save point there.
