Go to the road on the right that will pass by Shamino's Pawn and Thrift Shop. Follow the road on the right side of Keol & Sons. The yellow house at the end of it belongs to Seurat Albo, the village mechanic. You will find the Fuse in his garage.

Insert the Fuse into their electric box of three houses in Marastan to restore their electricity. In turn, this will accomplish the Good Deed.
