The Journal - Tunnel Hideout can be obtained inside a crate in the underground of Jova. Descend the well found in the middle of the village, then turn right to climb down another ladder. Afterwards, follow the hallway onwards. Turn left to the first corner you find and look for the examinable crate at the corner of the room.
