Compared to the Diligence, this Counter Sniper packs a slightly stronger punch, but has a lot more recoil. This weapon is meant to be used at longer ranges, but because of the higher recoil for just slightly higher damage, you're much better off just using the Diligence as your primary weapon with the Anti-Materiel Rifle as your support weapon for stronger enemies.
