    This games is good but I have my pickup key is q and the score board key is also q so I can’t pick up items of diffuse and there’s no setting to fix it

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to change key map for this game mod. On an AZERTY keyboard, the Q key is used to straff left, but on this game it displays the score board, so it is mostly unplayable.
