Roll Landing allows you to do a barrel roll when falling in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1. Learn how to perform a Roll Landing and improve your mobility in this guide!

How to Perform a Roll Landing in Chapter 6

Tap Jump Button Before Landing

Tap the Jump button (Space/X/A) just before hitting the ground while falling to perform a barrel roll or Roll Landing. This negates fall damage and restores some stamina.

You can pretty much use Roll Landing to cushion every jump, so you can maintain your momentum while also recovering stamina.

Mobility Items

Take full advantage of the new movement mechanics by combining them with mobility items. For example, you can use the Typhoon Blade to perform an Air Sprint mid-air and then execute a Roll Landing when falling.
