Find an Earth Sprite and feed it an item to receive a random Legendary Weapon in exchange. Each Earth Sprite can only provide one weapon, so you’ll need to locate unused Earth Sprites for additional rewards.

Jonesy Expertise

Completing all five stages of a weapon's Expertise Quest allows you to buy a Legendary Weapon of that type in a match by talking to their respective Characters in exchange for Gold. You can use this service any number of times as long as you've finished the quests.
