How to Join Live Events

Select the Event Playlist

Players can boot up Fortnite before the event starts, and join the event playlist!

You will know you are there at the right time when most of the core game modes are disabled, and the only playlist selectable is the live event itself.

Mini-Live Events

There are occasional live events that occur in-game during normal matches, such as New Year Events or Mariah Carey's cameos.

Unlike concert live events where you join a server with other players for a concert, mini-live events occur while simply playing the normal Battle Royale modes, and the events happen as the match goes!
