No In-Game Setting for Custom Crosshair

There is no in-game setting in Fortnite that will allow you to freely customize your crosshair. This means that custom crosshairs are not supported.

Use Monitors With a Built-In Crosshair

For Fortnite players on Xbox or PlayStation, the only way to actually have a custom crosshair is to use a monitor that has a built-in crosshair function. These days, gaming monitors will usually have this feature.
