How to Cancel on PC via Epic Games

Step Instructions

Fortnite - Subscriptions Tab on Epic Games.png
Head and log in to your Epic Games Account and select Subscriptions on the left.
2 Select the cog icon on the top right of your Fortnite Crew subscription
3 Select Cancel Subscription.

How to Cancel on Xbox

Step Instructions

Fortnite - Xbox Subscriptions
Log in and head to your Microsoft Account and select Service and Subscriptions on the left.
2 Select Manage next to your Fortnite Crew Subscription listing, and select Turn off recurring billing after.
3 Select Turn off recurring billing.

How to Cancel on PlayStation

Step Instructions

Fortnite - PSN Online ID
Sign in to the PlayStation Store with your account.
2 Select Subscriptions Management.
3 Click Turn Off Auto Renew.

How to Cancel on the Nintendo Switch

Step Instructions
1 Sign in to your Nintendo Account Rights page.
2 Find your Fortnite Crew Subscription and select Turn Off Automatic Renewal.
