Relic Skills System
The Phantom Liberty expansion brought in the all-new Relic Skills system. This improves the already powerful cyberware loadout of V by introducing improved effects that will make sure Night City remembers your name!
Relic Skill Tree Guide and List
New Level Cap
Phantom Liberty also introduced a new level cap for players. From the maximum of level 50 in the base game, it now goes up to level 60 once you purchase the Phantom Liberty expansion.
Additional Attribute and Perk Points
With an additional level comes more points! The new level cap brought additional perk points and attribute points to distribute on your builds. There is a total of 10 perk points and 10 attribute points to be added in the expansion.
