Character	Location
Noir	Noir can be found inside a building at the center of Seaport City.
Santa Dogg	Santa Dogg is located inside Crackshot's Cabin, south of Brutal Boxcars.
Santa Shaq	Santa Shaq can be found on Masked Meadow's basketball court.
Santa Suit Mariah	Santa Suit Mariah can be found on top of a mountain, southeast of Brutal Boxcars. Note that the Ice Block was previously located at Mariah's current location.
Sgt. Winter	Sgt. Winter can be found near a plane crash site, south of Foxy Floodgate.

Winterfest 2024 adds 5 Characters that players can interact with. All Characters can be added to your Character Book, making exploration rewarding.
