Stormbringer Bonus Effects

Skill Name	Skill Effect
Sealed Power	When Jinwoo uses Hailstorm it doesn't trigger a Critical Hit, but it increases his damage by 120%. Sung Jinwoo's Precision decreases by 24%. Jinwoo's Attack and Precision increases by 0.8% per 10 Strength. If Sung Jinwoo's Strength stat is 300 or more, the effect changes to Awakened Storm
Awakened Storm	When Hailstorm hits, the whirlwind that was created triggers an effect that pulls enemies in. When Jinwoo uses Hailstorm he gains Super Armor for 3 seconds. When Jinwoo uses Hailstorm, it doesn't trigger a Critical Hit, but increases his damage by 200%. His Attack increases by 30%. His Precision increases by 5%. The attack speed of Stormbringer's Basic, Core, and Hailstorm increases significantly.
Gathering Storm	When the user's Wind Basic Skill hits it inflicts the Storm Strike effect on the target. Duration: 4 seconds
Storm Strike	The user deals damage equal to 1600% of the Attack. When this effect is active it triggers Tempest Mark on the target.
Tempest Mark	Increases damage taken by 5%. Increases Wind damage taken by 5%. Duration: 10 seconds (stacks up to 2 times)

You can obtain Stormbringer by using the Craft feature, which unlocks at level 9. The requirements for crafting weapons vary depending on the weapon you wish to craft. Additionally, this option is only available for weapons of SSR rarity.
