Anna Ruiz is a hunter that can break enemies, but leans more towards the support role with her abilities that can apply Poison. So, the New Hunter Set which improves damage against broken enemies will fit her well and the Viridescent Set that allows her to spam her Basic Skills.

The best weapon for any hunter that isn't Sung Jinwoo will always be their exclusive weapon as these will provide exclusive bonuses and synergize well with the hunter's skills.

However, Anna Ruiz and other SR hunters' exclusive weapons are currently unobtainable. They can only be used during side chapters where the hunter is featured. So, in this case, it's best to choose an SR weapon that fits their role and has been leveled up.

You can obtain Anna Ruiz by pulling on the Gacha in the game. Click the ticket icon on the top right of your screen and trade your Essence Stones for Draw Tickets and use the ticket to pull on the banner that you want.

There are two types of banners: Rate Up Banner which boosts the rate up of a certain character featured and Custom Draw where you can choose which character or weapon you want to have a rate up.
