Reroll Tier List Criteria

Overall Damage Regardless of Build and Advancement

Characters are ranked higher based on their total damage output, regardless of having multiple advancements or proper build. It would mean they will get a lot stronger once you get the right items, thus giving them a higher ranking on the list.

Role Performance

Characters that can do their designated role and can do things other roles can do, like providing buffs/debuffs or dealing a ton of damage are ranked higher in the tier list.

Ease of Building the Character

Some characters are easy to build and sometimes don't require the best artifact substats or weapons to make them strong, making them go up in the tier list ranking.

Characters that are hard to build and don't do well even with the proper build are ranked below the list.

Effectiveness and Impact of Skills

Characters with the best skills, like having the highest damage, providing the best buff or debuff, ability to break shields, and can be used effectively against multiple enemies are also ranked higher in the list.

S Tier Characters

Character	Explanation
Alicia Blanche	・Currently has the highest Water DPS in the game. ・Can freeze enemies, which is good for crowd control. ・Can provide shield despite being DPS-focused.
Amamiya Mirei	・High Damage ・Self-sufficient, able to recover her own MP, decrease her own cooldown, and increase her own Power Gauge.
Emma Laurent	・High-damaging character that can provide damage penetration and shield. ・Damage scales with HP, which is easy to get with the artifacts. ・Basic attacks and skills can break shield.
Seo Jiwoo	・One of the best shield breaker due to her Basic Skills. ・Easy to build as her damage scales with HP. ・Can deal damage equal to most DPS-focused SSR characters.
Choi Jong-In	・Boasts the highest Fire damage in the game. ・Has ton of Airborne and Knockdown effects which is good for crowd-control.
Meilin Fisher	・Decent healer ・Decent attack if her HP is high. Shines on supporting her team with buffs and can also remove enemy Shield with her Basic Skill.
Charlotte	・Has multiple crowd-control abilities ・Excels at dealing burst damage ・Abilities deal AoE damage

A Tier Characters

Silver Mane Baek Yoonho	・Bleed is great against bosses and enemies with high HP. ・Has the highest Basic Attack damage in the game.
Kang Taeshik	・Can rival SSR characters in terms of damage with the right build. ・Easy to get dupes as he is only an SR character. ・Specializes in dealing against bosses with his Bleed effect.
Min Byung-Gu	・Provides crit rate and damage boost on top of a good amount of heal. ・Easy to build as he benefits from having a high HP ・Very flexible support and can be used in any game mode.
Kim Chul	・Can provide high amount of shield ・AoE attacks and skills are great against mobs.
Lee Bora	・Dark Element character that specializes in providing buffs and debuffs. ・Deals decent damage despite being a support-focused character.
Lim Tae-Gyu	・His Break effect and limited AoE skills are best against boss enemies. ・Can deal decent damage, but it can improve with the right build.
Nam Chae-Young	・Can do well against bosses as she can tear down its shield. ・Great for crowd-control as she can freeze and immobilize enemies.
Park Heejin	・Can deal huge Wind Damage against mobs. ・Can remove debuffs and provide Ultimate Skill damage boost.
Harper	・High damage output ・Has multiple skills that can apply Break ・Provides buffs to other Dark element hunters

B Tier Characters

Character	Explanation
Han Se-Mi	・Excellent healer and support. but lacks damage compared to other SSR characters. ・Relies on her gear to become more effective.
Baek Yoonho	・Basic Attacks and Skills can break shield. ・Can apply defense debuff on enemies ・Lacking a bit of damage compared to other SSR characters.
Yoo Jinho	・Can provide heal with his passive. ・Some dupes can be acquired for free.
Lee Joohee	・Can provide decent heal and attack boost. ・Easy to build as her heal and damage scales with HP.
Hwang Dongsoo	・Skills are good for crowd-control. ・Lacking damage compared to other SSR characters.
Anna Ruiz	・Skills have a Break effect which is good against bosses. ・AoE Skills are good for taking out mobs.
Go Gunhee	・Skills are good for crowd-control and applying break. ・Can deal decent damage on his own but requires Light team members to reach full potential.

C Tier Characters

Character	Explanation
Woo Jinchul	・Good against bosses as his skills can break shield. ・Some skills can replenish dash charges. ・Most SSR characters have a better damage than him.
Han Song-Yi	・Can apply Poison effect that reduces recovery rate and deals damage over time.
Hwang Dongsuk	・Can provide decent HP buff. ・Has decent break effect with his skills.
Song Chiyul	・Decent AoE damage which is good against mobs. ・Can deal damage over time against enemies when hit by his fire attacks. ・Support Skill can provide attack buff against Normal Monsters on top of an AoE attack.

D Tier Characters

Character	Explanation
Kim Sangshik	・Good shield-breaking effects. ・Most SR outclasses him in terms of tanking and dealing damage.
Jo Kyuhwan	・Can deal burning damage over time ・Damage is lacking even with a proper build.
Park Beom-Shik	・Damage can easily be outclassed by all other characters in the game. ・Lacks crowd control and doesn't have any break effects.
