This is a guide for Power of Destruction, one of the available game modes in Solo Leveling Arise. Read on how to unlock Power of Destruction, its features, and the rewards available for it.
The Power of Destruction mode can be unlocked by progressing through the game's Story Mode and completing Chapter 14, its last stage having a level of 50 and a Power Level of 149,000.
The goal in Power of Destruction is simple, deal as much damage as possible to the enemy available in the mode. The amount of damage you deal will be assigned several points that will determine your ranking among other players. Depending on your ranking, you will receive different rewards.
The boss in Power of Destruction occasionally receives minor changes. Make sure to read the boss info to know what you're going up against, and to be able to plan your builds and team composition.
After defeating the boss, if you are content with your score, you can register it as your entry. This will be added to your permanent score for the day, and you won't be able to take it back. However, if you're not content with your score and feel you can do better, you can either retry or return to the menu to change your team composition.
Two teams of different hunters can attempt to register a score in this mode. The sum of the points of both teams will be your overall score and will determine your rank. So be sure to level up and equip your hunters with the best weapons and artifacts.
The Power of Destruction rankings reset daily. After a reset, rewards will be given out to players who ranked well, some minor changes to the boss might be made like their weakness element for example, and you will be able to register new scores.
Unlike the other modes, playing the Power of Destruction mode does not require keys. You can make any number of attempts you like as long as you don't register a score. Once a score is registered for two teams, you will be locked out of the mode until the following day when the mode resets.
Type | Condition | Possible Rewards |
---|---|---|
Overall Rank | Beat other players' scores | ・Gold ・Powder of Blessing ・Essence Stones ・Darkness of Destruction Chest (allows you to choose 1 from several options of crafting materials) |
Group Rank | Beat other players' scores | ・Gold ・Powder of Blessing ・Darkness of Destruction Chest (allows you to choose 1 from several options of crafting materials) |
Solo Challenge | Attempt to reach different score thresholds | ・Gold ・Powder of Blessing ・Essence Stones ・Darkness of Destruction Chest (allows you to choose 1 from several options of crafting materials) |
The rewards you will receive will mostly depend on how well you did in relation to other players. While you will immediately receive the Solo Challenge rewards after you register your scores, rewards for the rankings will be provided after the season or in-game timer ends.
The options you will receive with the Darkness of Destruction Chest depends on whether it's Level 1, 2, or 3.
